Where are we heading? How can scientists and healthcare professionals support you?
COVID-19 Resources Canada is hosting bilingual, Canada-wide kitchen table-style discussions where anyone living in Canada can get together to talk. This conversation goes beyond vaccines and virology. We’re at a point in the pandemic where restrictions are lifting and some Canadians can return to the places and activities they missed.
For some, this is the moment we’ve been waiting for but for many of us most at risk this is a difficult period and is very much not the end of the epidemic. Many Canadians aren’t sure what this return to “normal” means, and how to do so safely. Join us for an open discussion, where we will hear your thoughts and address your questions in a safe and welcoming community, supported by science.
COVID-19 Discussions – Drop-In Zoom Sessions
Dr. Tara Moriarty and her colleagues are currently hosting drop in sessions twice per week. They are held on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 8-10PM EST. In general, the focus of the session on Tuesday nights is a discussion on the COVID-19 data being reported by the Public Health Agency of Canada. The session on Thursday nights is focused on answering questions from the audience about COVID19, vaccines, boosters and others.
Both of these sessions are free and open to the Canadian public to attend. All are welcome to join regardless of their background.
COVID-19 Discussions – Request a Tailored Session
Are you a member of an organization, company, community or religious group that you think would benefit from a Zoom session with our experts which is tailored to your group?
We are able to provide a tailored session, at a time that is convenient, for groups of 30 or more people.
We regret to announce a pause to our private tailored sessions for the remainder of 2023. They will resume in the New Year.
